By using NEXUS, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using NEXUS website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

NEXUS is an AI-powered contract analysis platform. Our platform enables business owners and professionals to:

Upload PDF contracts for automated analysis.
Receive reports identifying financial, legal, and time-based risks.
Access recommendations and a negotiation roadmap.

3. Account Registration

You must be 18 years or older to use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include a page analysis credit balance.
Payments are final and non-refundable except in the case of technical error on our part.
Unused page balance does not roll over to the next billing period (except for fixed-credit plans).
We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may only use the service to analyze your legitimate commercial contracts. The following are prohibited:

Using the service for illegal or harmful purposes.
Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the system.
Reselling or distributing analysis results without written permission.
Uploading files containing offensive or harmful content.
Automated use (bots) without prior written permission.

6. Legal Disclaimer

Important notice: NEXUS analysis is for informational guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. NEXUS does not replace a qualified attorney for critical legal decisions. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on our reports.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content (design, code, algorithms) is the exclusive property of NEXUS.
The results of your contract analysis belong to you.
You may not copy or replicate NEXUS technologies.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with prior notice where possible. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
